Post subject:  Big Bang revisited

It is fairly astonishing that the NY Times feels a need to comment on the creation. It my life it seems that the theory must match the cultural currents and we face a change ahead. It is primarily about marketing the readers interests and changing the theory when needed to get the new government funding. So today they have a lead editorial: "Before the Boom."

"The two scientists go even further, claiming that the evidence also suggests that our universe may “be but one aeon in a (perhaps unending) succession of such aeons.” What we think of as our “universe” may simply be one link in a chain of universes, each beginning with a big bang and ending in a way that sends detectable gravitational waves into the next universe."

Ten years ago, would have gotten you thrown out of Harvard. Ten years next will get you tenure.
