Post subject:  MLV's passion of perpetua ?

I have been doing some "associative reading".

I was thinking of gregory's 7 years and mary magdalene's seven cast out demons and I remembered the apocryphal ASCENSION OF ISAIAH as the description of the seven heavens (before he was martyred by being sawed in half) which is somewhat similar to jung's hieros gamos dream in wanting to stay in heaven, but being made to go back to earth (be hermetic not platonic).

It was mentioned that MLV published a companion essay to Aion in German, now available in english as THE PASSION OF PERPETUA.

Anyone familiar with this work ?

I read it about 6 or 7 years ago from my school library. I thought I own the copy but I don't. I remember one of the visions in the book was related to climbing a ladder or like walking on the edge of a sword or very narrow dangerous road up on a high mountain. The instruction for Perpetua was not to look down lest she fall on her way to heaven. The visions were, I think, related to some dreams people dream just prior to their death. I don't remember much else
Peace, Sang
